LASER SUIT: THE PEW PEW LASER SUIT (I SOOOO FUCKING WANT THIS)






This is a laser suit created by Wei-Chieh Shih, who may or may not have made the similar looking one Rihanna wore during the American Movie Awards last year. Or maybe Wei-Chieh just stole the idea. Or maybe whoever created the one for Rihanna stole the idea from the guy who made the laser suit for Bono earlier last year. Or maybe everybody stole the idea from whoever made these dresses. My point is this: who cares, I've been taping lasers to my shirt since middle school. I invented that shit, I deserve the credit. Via Geekologie

AA JETPACKS





AA Rocketmen is the latest launch of the breakdown rescue service and is a rapid response to take you out of the difficult situation. The Rocketmen will use lightweight jet-packs to hover over traffic jams and will reach out to the stranded motorist in need of help.

Made of lightweight carbon fiber tools, AA jetpack, have a top speed of 100km/h and weight 113kg. It will use Satellite services of Trafficmaster for better navigation and requires no license to fly it. This jetpack with hand controls has a £42,000 each. A parachute is packed for emergencies

WORLD'S LARGEST SOLAR BOAT





The world's largest solar boat has been unveiled. Called PlanetSolar, which is a 31m long and 15m wide white catamaran, has been designed to reach a top speed of around 15 knots, and can hold up to 50 passengers. Power entirely by up to 500 square metres of photovoltaic solar panels. The boat’s 38,000 photovoltaic cells have been provided by SunPower, their new cells have an efficiency of at least 22%. The boat has been designed for a global circumnavigation planned for 2011. The 60 ton catamaran has been built at the cost of 18 million euro(about $24.4 million) at the Knierim Yacht Club in Kiel in northern Germany.
